What Program everyone use to make AMV?

i use Sony vegas 8 pro maybe going to buy sony vegas 9...not sure and trying using After effect...but i don't know how to do it lol I have a quastion if i buy Sony vegas 9 can i still use the sony vegas 8 .veg file?

I use Sony Vegas Pro 9, but I have Pro 8 on the laptop just in case this shit kills itself

Pro 8, and I've tried After Effects every now and again and I still can't get the hang of it =P

HahaxD same here...but i try to find out how to use it...but no luck . Nice so sony vegas 8 .veg work on Sony vegas 9...hmm...i still don't know if i'm going to buy it or not...what is the difference between the two program(SV 8 and SV 9)?

I use pro 9, it is pretty sweet for me since I got the hang of it =D. But I definitely still have not used it to a great potential...

the only difference between Pro 8 and 9 is that 9 has a few new transitions and effects... only like 4 or 5 I think because I used 9 for awhile...

I had 7 for only a little while, since I used it back in 2008 but stopped for a long time... then I abruptly got 9 after I started making amvs again with this new account. =D So, Idk if I have used it well enough, but I get you, It probably isn't that different. =/

Well the new effects in 9 are cool and 9 may run alil smoother than 8... but I'm not sure I would buy the update.

yeah...I don't really think it's worth the update. 8 is just as good as 9

I never had 8 lol, I went straight to 9 because the new computer I got, that had 9 ALREADY INSTALLED (lucky me, cuz my uncle works as a computer engineer/salesmen) He gets old computers and and fixes them up and sales them so my dad decided to buy one. And so my uncle showed us what it had and it had editing software and I thought it was gonna be plain old WMM but I was totally amazed to know it was vegas 9 =D So... yea I never got 8

The have SV pro 10 that one works better then 9. But I use one to many programs to list. lol.

What!!! Sony Vegas 10 is out...geez im so slow lol but yeah...maybe i keep SV 8. ohh...yeah one more thing can anyone tell me the render options for good quality for Youtube...i use the default settings and it's not good with the sound! Can someone help me please...?? i use .WMV to render but the sound quality sux...(Default setting)

Sony Vegas 9. Probably going to stick with it and not upgrade.
